AMD Radeon settings or Nvidia settings crash error
If you have AMD Radeon or Nvidia GeForce video card and your driver is stopped working or not responding, then you should follow our short tutorial to fix this issue for now.
This is not a final fix, is just a temporary way to fix it and to play video game.
Games that have this issue are:
ELEX and Middle-earth: Shadow of War
But, in future is most likely that new games to have same problem.
Here is a list of games where there is the possibility of having the same problems:
Call of Duty: WWII, Assassin's Creed Origins, Star Wars Battlefront 2, Destiny 2, Just Dance 2018, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, Need for Speed: Payback or Vampyr.
How to fix this issue permanently?
Note! First, download and install this and this (openAL 1.1 and xnafx ..tested on AMD Radeon video card) These tools are very important to have installed in order to avoid game crashes (some). We do not know why those 2 outdated program tools are so important for games, but crash will be fixed.

Another way to fix game crash that works for some players is:
For AMD Radeon:
1. Enter in game menu. 2. Press ALT + TAB now you will see desktop. 3. Right click on taskbar and select Task Manager (or press ctrl+alt+del)
4. Now select more details and look for: Radeon Settings: Host Application and End Task (see image)
Now select game from taskbar and play without getting crash after few seconds or minutes.
Also for AMD Radeon video cards, is working the method that you need to install driver with minimal settings from amd website.
Now for Nvidia GeForce
Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and select task manager or open it from bottom windows bar
1. Look for NVIDIA Settings that have nvtray.exe and end task it.
Play the game and if you still get errors, also you can close (end task) for all NVIDIA Container, NVIDIA Web Helper Service or NVIDIA user experience driver
Now try the game again.
That is you can do to fix video card settings issues with the driver that not responding or has stopped working issues.
